It's important to understand that we are not an automated web printer. Every project is handled with personal attention. We make ordering easy. Just tell us what you want and we make it happen. It's that simple. No need to learn some online design system. You have better things to do with your time, like running your business. Our designers are standing by to work their magic on your next project.

 

How to order:

• Fax a clear sketch to 703-291-0050. Be sure wording is legible.

OR

• Email your designs (need not be print ready) to artwork@econcolor.com. You may use any common program, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, or Publisher to submit the information and layout. We can usually work from these files and eliminate or discount any design fees.

• Call us at 304-579-8500

When emailing or faxing, please:

• Tell us what item you are ordering and the quantity you would like.

• Include your contact information: phone number and shipping address. We will call with any questions unless you specify email as your preferred contact method.

• You should also send any photos and logos required for your job. Select "Original Size" if asked by your email program.

 

Of course, if you already have a designer, we welcome most professional file formats - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF, etc. Quark files must be saved to PDF format. In all cases please convert fonts to outlines if you are submitting final files. Discounts may apply when providing press-ready files.

 

We will return a proof by email (usually within 24 hours) along with a price quote for confirmation. Upon proof approval we will send you an invoice by email which can be paid by major credit card or PayPal. If you don't feel secure paying over the internet we can usually stop by and swipe your credit card in person.
